Define recurring session templates per pod. This drives the available slots on the staff schedule and customer booking.
Pricing
Default prices used when new pod sessions are auto-generated for this location.
Pre-tax (Stripe adds tax at checkout). Existing scheduled sessions keep their own price until you edit them.
Booking Rules
Controls how customers can book sessions at this location. Overrides the system defaults.
Cap the max bookable date. Leave blank to use only the advance-days setting above.
Pod Details
Manage the pods, themes, and operating hours for the currently selected location.
Themes
Group this location's pods into themes (e.g. "Old Theme", "New Theme"). When a location has multiple themes, customers will be asked to pick one before choosing a time. With one or zero themes the picker is skipped.
Blocked Dates
Block off dates when this location is closed. Existing bookings on blocked dates are not affected.
